what to expect

When you book a session with me, you can expect someone who is down to earth and wants to make you feel relaxed and comfortable! The more comfortable my clients feel during a session, the better the images! I love what I do and I want everyone to have fun and be themselves as that what means the most when doing pictures, as it portrays a picture of you and your family. 

As soon as you book your session, I will send you a questionnaire to get to know you a bit and to see what you looking for in your session. Then I will send you a style guide to assist you with colors and outfits that will help you look fantastic for your session. About a week before the session, I will also send you a prep guide that I have some helpful tips and tricks to help your session go smoothly! If you have any questions about anything in my guide, or just your session in general, PLEASE do not hesitate to ask me, as I want to make your session as stress free as possible! 

I am a mother to 2 beautiful kiddos. Which means I know that kids will not always cooperate and sometimes we just kinda have to go with the flow. I always try and get the posed pictures first right off the bat, as usually with younger kids, we only have a few minutes before we lose their attention. Kids usually have a short attention span so I try to come up with different poses so they don't get bored! I also try to incorporate some fun poses as well that kids enjoy. Now, lets say that your kiddo just isn't having it, depending on your session, we can either take a snack break, or if my schedule allows, try and schedule another day to finish up! As I said, I'm a mom, I get it! When kids act up, parents stress out and I always try to reassure my clients, its okay, don't worry, we will get what we can! Don't stress!! 

After you book, I will send you a location guide for you to go over and pick the location that you love the most to have as the background during your session. All my locations are beautiful but I like my clients to pick one that compliments your style! If you have somewhere in mind that is not listed on my location guide, no that does not mean that it is not an option! I am always open to exploring new locations and places that mean something to you! I also will travel to your home or property! And yes, I do travel outside of Saline County, but there is travel fees that will be added to your session cost! 

Location

ABSOLUTELY!! I love when people bring their fur babies as they are part of your family! When bringing your puppers, I suggest to bring a leash to make sure they stay with us, some treats and their favorite toy to get their attention! Dogs can sometimes be just like kids, so if they don't pose exactly the way we want, we will change it up and try something new! Don't stress about it!

I offer a client closet for any client who books a session to borrow for their session! I have several different sizes, colors and styles! If you are interested in this, let me know and I'll show you what I have available in your size!
